its not up to the state. It is only imported in a couple of states in th eeast coast. The COUNTRY determines import laws. An as of now the only imporable Nissan is the R32. The S15 does not meet safety standrads. They get destroyed. Just like the RHD 350Z's all destroyed. Id like to see a American VIN plate or a AmericanTitle.

too bad its not real. The S15 is not titleable in america I dont care who you talk to or who you think you know. Its not a Clean american Title. No one imports these any longer just like the R34 Motorex has been shut down. So heres your free Bullshit bump. The only way this is possible is if you paid over 50K for the car. it was hard to get them back when they were some what legal. Now that the only legal Nissan Import is the R32 I HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt this is legit. If it is show me the title.

yea u pay that much for the car then u have to get it imported i just looked on there.. theres s15's for 4k in us dollars over there but have fun gettin it here..
