You can use a chizele of a flat tip and break loose the riviets on the tps center and make self adjusting screws if you can't find a tb for your. And car for adjustment use a dvom or listen using the motor rpms. I had atleast 10 of these laying under my work bench at work. I still might have one. More then likely from a y8 cause thats mainly what iam dealing with all the time.
