I mated a cyclone intake to a 7 bolt head for the yellow car. Thats how much I believe in the manifold. Its not easy but can be done. I didn't hog out the intake port on the head. The intake port was widened to match the width of 1g port. Then the manifold was filled with epoxy to match the height of a 2g port. I wanted to keep the superior shape of the 2g intake port. If you are going to hog out the port to match the 1g size you may as well just use a 1g head.
