Ive never been bothered in mine, although it is a 97 not the current body style, Plus i no longer have the full wheelcovers. LSVTEC89HATCH had a current body style, within the first week someone had keyed it.
Stay away form the 2000's they were down on power from the other years. 2001 got the Performance improved motors, early 2003's had a problem with axle bearings failing prematurly, 2004+ got the Marauder air box and 80mm MAF (worth 15hp over a 2003) 2003+ got the new hydroformed chassis, which is supposedly noticibly more rigid than previously, also got a revised front suspension, but they are forced to use the high offset wheels They look completly flat.
