Believe it or not get a carbon fiber hood that has vent cutouts with a lip in front of them. This acts like a wing on an airplane creating a high & low pressure for downforce. Honda spent 100's of hours in the wind tunnel with the NSX-R and developed a hood that drawls the car to the ground.

And here look at the bottom for "Stealth Hoods" for the lip around the vent. This creates the high & low pressures needed for downforce:

These are proven to create downforce @ 90mph, then again on the NSX under the front hood has nothing so airflow is not interupted.
