Search Nasioc.com for a picture detailed instruction, or scoobymods.com. It is fairly easy..... 2 water lines, 1 banjo bolt oil line, 1 oil return line, 5 DP bolts, and 3 uppipe bolts, 2 vaccuum hoses, 1 inlet hose, and one outlet hose. Have fun!
Take the DP off first then the turbo is just resting on the uppipe. Remove the uppipe bolts and all hoses and the turbo lifts right off the uppipe with some applied strength.
Yep actually the Turbo is fairly easy to remove. Takes some time but i have pulled mine many times for various reasons. The only prob is when it comes to putting the turbo back in. There is an oil line directly underneath and you have to get that pipe to fit back inthe hose. That Hose is pretty rigid so what i always do is take a little mobile 1 and lightly coat the oil line so that it slides in to the hose easier.
