I was going to leave that up to scott on what he feels is safe for a 91/93 octane tune. Unfortunately, I keep stripping the power steering bolt, so getting tuned is on hold for a while. I went by the dealer and they pulled one off of a spare motor they had laying around and gave that to me. Props to them because they said I would have to order the whole assembly.. Bad thing is that I stripped the one they gave me today! . This is why I hate wrenching ... I just don't have the patience.

I was thinking about having the car flat beded to the dealer and paying them to sort it out. Just a bit uneasy about leaving it anywhere without a proper tune on it. I mean the turbo isn't even broken in yet... Other option is keeping it parked and having Ken tackle it next month or something.



The fluid was spewing up from where the bolt screws in here. The threads look okay, but when I pulled the bolt out there were some very thin metal shavings in the fluid. I hope it isn't the pump that is jacked.


The 'O' ring seemed to look fine and I had it torqued down I thought good enough.
