The green wire was a jumper wire for the Vtec pressure switch you didnt have. I told you the harness looked goofy, as it had Quick steal all over it. I said what I did 2 the ECU, U just want me to say I broke it. I have someone you need to listen to. after he posts then we can go from there.
Like I said, only "fixed the (solder globed/un-taped )O2 wire. as it 4 sure would of cause issues nothing else. Done.
