Its an easy way for going from 92 octane to 98 octane when you get on the gas.

I'm pretty sure they can fit 900 HP of fuel through the existing line from the fuel tank if they wanted to run regular gas through those injectors.

I know what the supplimental injectors are for. My car has a disfunctional one on it and I have a HKS AIC III in my closet to replace it when I get around to rebuilding my engine and fuel injection system.

If I read the post above correctly he said there is an additional fuel tank for the supplimental injectors. I have read several articles about using special fuels for the supplemental circuit. Thats the reason why I assume he is not running the same fuel through the factory fuel injection and the supplemental injectors.
