I use CP pistons and stock rods on my 550hp setup with over 20,000 miles. I would never use Eagles over stock SR, VG, or KA rods unless I wanted a lighter more reponsive rod. Eagle rods should not be confused with being much of a stronger rod. Pauter and Crower would be my rods of choice for my next build.
