This is false information.

You MUST use the 95 civic harness.
You must convert any of the harness plugs which need to be converted from obd1 to obd2 so that they plug into the obd2 components such as the dizzy/alt. The obd1 injectors & clips can be retained from the obd1 swap currently in the car.
