and for 3 dollars more, u can buy a low-temp thermo. might as well upgrade if ur gonna replace parts, imo. especially at that price. does ur engine smoke at all? sounds to me like u dont have enough coolant, and if it smokes u prob sprung a leak in one of ur hoses. if there's white smoke coming out of ur exhaust, then u've probably blown ur head gasket.
