I dont think he should get charged with murder but damn he made a really bad choice racing a POS honda CRV though. What was he thinking? He drives a viper. This just goes to show you how fast your life can get turned upside down. I doubt that he will get convicted of murder though.

This is gonna be thrown way out of proportion because its a drag race. This tragedy wouldnt even be known had he been drinking and then crashed into some kids.
