A wet clutch means it sits in the oil.
The "tank" you're talking about is the clutch cover, which is also the engine cover. Thats where you fill the oil, and change the clutch.

I dont know where the drain plug is cuz I dont change my oil, I just top it off. There is a window on the right side. I'm pretty sure the oil should fill the glass. Its my beater so I could give 2 shits less if it has too much oil
