Another problem it has is that if im cruising along then put it in neurtal when comeing to a stop, the rpms will drop to 0 and either car will shut off or rpms will shoot back up to idle and then idle shitty.

does your engine throw anymore codes...
I ask this because lots of the time if one sensor goes bad another will fallow shortly behind... your problem almost sounds like an Mass airflow sensor starting to go out... you may wanna get it diagnosed...

but first... do as they all said above... try a Denso Oxygen sensor

one reason denso is better is because denso is actually made for jap cars or imports... bosch is a german company... therefor its usually installed in german/european cars.
