I'm building an MS for an air-cooled VW application so I'm biased towards that. You can run an explorer front timing cover and run EDIS with the MS on your 302 so there won't be any distributor which could come in handy with turbo plumbing.
This is what I was thinking as well .. I'm trying to find a bit more info on how well the EDIS is working on higher HP applications . I know when I ran MSnS on my MR2 I was having spark blowout issues above 18psi ..
I think for now I'm going to run a Pro-M with some 42's or 50lbers and a Tweecer for now . I'd like to get some tuning in with a MAP based on VE/Load tables just to expand my range a bit ..
Eventually i'll probally go with a Victor Manifold converted to EFI with an Elbow on it for the next motor ..
I wanna see a stock shortblock go 9's
