Soap and Water!! I'm a clean freak, so when I started using MEGUIARS "HOT RIMS" that was safe for all wheels, i found it that it wasn't! My axis wheels started to peel (clear coat) after a few months. Simple green works great. If you want to have some clean rims, I would be prepared to scrub a little while using something safe then spray on and leave!!
