ok what i did. i put in straight 30 wieght for the first oil, free revved it, let the engine heat up all the way, let it idle for 15 mintutes or so. then, drain that oil out while its still hot, so any shavings will cling to the oil better. put in more natural oil, you can go to 10w30 or somthing this time. go for about 100 miles on that. do some second gear pulls at half throttle or full throttle what ever you are comfortable with. but dont shift out of second, go to like 5000rpms and then let off the gas and let the car engine brake, do this a few times, then while your driving just make sure to engine brake whenever you get the chance. put in another change of 10w30 after that of regular oil again, not synthetic, and go to about 500 miles, if you dont see any oil smoke from the exhaust by 500 or 600 miles, go ahead and put synthetic in, id say its broken in by then. this is how i did it and theres no oil smoke and the car runs perfect.
