let me just give you a reality check. taylor blew up 2 ka-t causethey had minimal to NO internal work running a fair amount of boost. you can piece together a ka-t cheaper than doing an sr yes. and yes a stock sr with bolt ons. yes. but like we have all said repeatedly in this post.but the ka-t won't be realiable with the money you have put in. then you are money down the pit.

i know what you are trying to achieve with your bolt on home made ka-t set up. don't do it. just save the money and completely build it. or just buy and sr and achieve the same amount of power for now. take it from me. and take it from dave who just made a post under art's name. his ka-t with stock internals lasted about 30 k miles with minimal beating. build it properly or don't build it at all. learn from those who have been there.
