You run on a bike, your now endangering me (as a normal private citizen going to the movies with my family) so you dont get a speeding ticket. Well fuck him. Police are on the streets to help make sure assholes like this cant hurt anyone else but themselves for their own stupidity.. and thats what he did.

SO... + 1 for the officer for stopping him, + 1 for not getting himself or anyone else hurt besides the jackass on the bike, and + 1 for this guy getting the book thrown at him for his ass clown stunt to avoid a speeding ticket.
