I used a Devilbliss Gravity Fed HVLP.
Materials..damn including sandpaper/paint/primer/etc... probably around 700 bucks. (remember I didn the inside too)

The tail lights are awesome, trust me. They look really dark, but when lite up they look just as bright as the normal 240sx lights do. I mixed it up myself too
They are maybe a little bit dimmer, but nonethelss noticable when on/off/braking
