Default For those who want to DIY paintjob..

It can be done I did all this in my carport. No rattlecans, nothing cheaped out on.

Fiberglassed over the tail light.

I missed a spot with black on one of the mirrors...gotta redo it..

Well I recleared EVERYTHING and painted the hood over, as well as got out all the little paint flaws. One of the fenders is still fucked up due to runs. I'm going to redo that one AGAIN(fucking clear).

Before buffing/polishing:

After buffing/polishing:

Just took these this morning.

smoked out turn signals.

smoked rear lights/shaved third brake light.

So for a budget project that I did by myself, what do you guys think? I realize its not the OMGLOOK@THAT!?!HI2U paint job, but if you want to see what it looked like before, I have pics of that too. So what do you guys think?

The tail lights are awesome, trust me. They look really dark, but when lite up they look just as bright as the normal 240sx lights do. I mixed it up myself too They are maybe a little bit dimmer, but nonethelss noticable when on/off/braking

You know I had no idea how to do anything when I first started this, now look at it. I would have never imagined it would look this good. Everyone who stops by cannot believe I painted it and how good it looks.
