I had the same problem about 2 months ago. I didnt want to spend 200+ (thats what my friend pays with his mustang from progressive) a month because im 17. I went with direct general/florida no fault because it's the cheapest and i just got the basics. I pay about 94 dollars a month or 1,000 a year being a teenager with about a year of driving experience.

Yeah i know i have the possibility of getting sued if i mess up, but im not rich and just want to be legal.

BTW car is 96 Ford Probe GT. You would prob be the same price or less.
