But I can garantee you from experince that your going to have to replace the transmission.

Well I know its not the starter, Cause the car only does it when you are over 40 mph. and slow down. The noise is there till you hit the gas. then it gos away untill you slow down again. Well 2nd gear works if you put it in 2 on the shifter. but if on D4 it just skips second. and the D4 light is blinking on the dash.
