I'nm gonna' have to throw the bullshit flag on that one....this is why your not allowed to run with clear tailights...white flashing looks like headlights.....if he is sitting in his car with the lights off...your'e headlights will reflect off his lenses.......front or rear lenses.....

if you hit him......it would be like hitting a parked car.......and I doubt he would be as stupid to sit in a dangerous area without lights on.....
