why dont the police do anything? bill heard STOLE THE TRUCK...if he bought it cash..he should have the title...if he has the title signed its his truck and i would have reported it stolen...and if Bill Heard sold the truck..then the person who bought it is dealing with stolen property....or i would have waited till night time..got my friend with a truck to snatch the gate off..and i would have gotten my truck back...
