Actually from the one person who has been running the tweecer it's somewat limited in what it can do. IE: it can't even raise the rev. limiter. I think it's a limit as to what banks it can modify.
The TwEECer should be about the same as the EEC Tuner, which has the capability to change any value in the EEC. Now the rub is that they have yet to map out all cells within certain EEC's. So while you may be able to change the rev limiter on your setup, you need to know what cell its in which may not be known yet.
