Sources? Was this some kind of 'it might' (never will) happen thing, or something they're trying to push?

Considering everyone believes the Government is 'in it' with the oil tycoons, I don't believe that would ever happen. Fuel prices is one thing(which people have been able to tolerate), fuel prices + mileage taxing is another.

Another reason I call falsehood would be it would completely kill all transportation services(a major market).
