You can pretty much lean as far as your capable of doing so. I don't think that dragging a knee is a very smart thing to do on the streets. Remember the further you lean, the less traction you have, one small patch of sand leaned over 45o's will slide that SV out real quick. Don't quote me on this, but I believe pilots are capable of 45o's of lean angle.
