The shops that I have talked to about sleeving were talking about inserting STOCK sleeves into the block. I know the machine shop I used back with the SOHC said they could install any sleeve I brought them. However they had never installed a performance sleeve in a Honda before.

I didn't mean to say that lots of shops can sleeve like GEM sleeves. I meant they can resleeve a normal stock sleeve into the block.
