I'd like to know how long I can reasonably expect a set of Pilot Powers to last in terms of track days. Any thoughts? If you don't know about these tires specifically, I'd like to hear about how many track days a set of XXX tires lasted, it might be comparable. My current estimate which is based on little more than a wild assed guess is six track days for a set of tires.

I'm going to ignore street riding between track days. The street riding that I see myself doing should have negligible impact on my tire life compared to the track riding that I'd like to do. Besides compared to the track, all the wear from the street is in the middle of the tire.

I'm basically trying to work out the cost of a track day and I want to include tire wear in my estimates. This will help me to start a budget for getting to Jennings as much as I can.
