Hey man i met you the other night at Taco Bell, Clean car!
Port the area around the WG on the hotside of the turbo as well as the O2 housing and you should be able to avoid boostcreep.
Pick up a datalogger setup, they go for around 100 bucks and are well worth it. I still might have one lying around, Ill take a look.
With a rewire and a 255 you should be able to run around 17psi on the 14b. You could also try a non-turbo AFPR to get a few more fuel psi. You dont need an SAFC till you get bigger injectors, but it would never hurt. As for the BOV I would just get a 1g crushed if you are pressed for money and get rid of that POS. Im sure you could sell it for 100 bucks to some honda kid.
You should read up on RRE and Bushurs websites for their upgrade paths, they have pretty much been proven time and time again.
