yea till it rains then the shit washes off or fades off every month. Just go buy bumper paint, clean the bumper, mask everything and be done in 15 minutes and never have to touch it again.
if your keep up on it over time the black will stay black. but, painting is less time consuming(in the long run) and a better finished product.
