What is special about "bumper paint" as compared to others?

it has the flex additive in it. In case you get hit or it gets pushed in it wont chip and flake

Yep, they add a flex agent to it. They have it at Advance and AutoZone. Bout the same price as other spray-paint.

if your keep up on it over time the black will stay black. but, painting is less time consuming(in the long run) and a better finished product.
