No H-series have steel sleeves, I've heard of others running coated CP/Weisco pistons and still having them fail, Mahle is the only company I've seen that clearly states you do not have to sleeve, there was even a build in HondaTuning where they toss them in an H22. OEM Type-S come in .25 os but that's as far as I'd go with stock sleeves. There are several members on here that could assemble the motor for you or if you're the DIY type, pick-up a Helm's manual for your 98 Prelude it covers tear-down and re-build, very useful book, should be your bible, lol.
