Do you have an aftermarket FPR, That might be what's throwing your code.
As for the bad performance, When checking the wires, Did you happen to see any water/moisture on the bottom of the wire or a little puddle in the spark plug hole?
Did you wash your engine bay when you washed rest of the car and installed the intake?
