dont even think about turbo or s/c if you dont have the dough... Nitrous will be cost friendly. Maybe look into a walbro 255 fuel pump, a fuel pressure regulator, bigger injectors, convert to obd1 for tuning, and put a nitrous kit on. Even that is going to cost you a bit of money.
