Here is a pic of the exact kit I have for sale (this is the pic from the vendor's site (turbochargers.com), not a pic of the kit I have, but rather an example of the same kit). The guy I sold my old TSI to gave it to me because he was short some cash. He was going to use it along with, ironically, the same turbo you have just purchased on a 2g he once had. However, the 2g went down.



Anyway, I think it's important to know that his turbo failed the first day after installation. Do you know anybody else who has purchased a turbo from the vendor you purchased that one from? If so, how is/are their turbo(s) holding up? Finally, if you don't have any testimonials from friends (or even if you do), does the turbo have a warranty? He may have purchasd his turbo from a different vendor, but it was an eBay turbo nonetheless.
