I have a 16g install kit for sale - $60 (This is brand new and only missing the turbo-exhaust mani gasket (because I gave it to the guy the purchased my old car)). I believe that's the best price you're going to find anywhere. The kit, obviously, comes with everything you'll need (except the aforementioned gasket).

Did you install the valve cover and TT yet?
