I'd replace the belt, water pump and tensioner pulley and spring if I were you. On cam and crank seals my preference is not to replace them if they are not leaking. Nothing worse than replacing a seal that wasn't leaking only to find out after you start the car up that you pinched the seal and have to do it over again. normal charge for a timing belt/ water pump should be $150 to $200.
