I've had one sleeve replaced before for about $100 a hole. That is with a traditional style replacement sleeve like the one Alpha mentioned.

Total cost was about $300 to replace one sleeve, bore/hone/deck.

On a side note you can only repair a cracked liner. If the crack made it into the cast in aluminum portion of the sleeve the motor will have to be sleeved by a company like Golden Eagle.
