sleeve question
picked up a B20 w/ cracked #1 sleeve, im wondering if its possible to change out an individual sleeve or i have ot change out all of them. I know it would be best to just buy an aftermarket brand sleeve but i dont have the money to fork out nor am i going to be making enough power to need sleeves...

Get the Darton replacement sleeves. You can find them very cheap and have a machine shop do the work. It should be about $400.00 - $550.00 after everything is said and done.

I've had one sleeve replaced before for about $100 a hole. That is with a traditional style replacement sleeve like the one Alpha mentioned.
Total cost was about $300 to replace one sleeve, bore/hone/deck.
On a side note you can only repair a cracked liner. If the crack made it into the cast in aluminum portion of the sleeve the motor will have to be sleeved by a company like Golden Eagle.
