The '05 has a much nicer dash area (HVAC, steering wheel, radio), half inch wider wheels (with a better bolt pattern), rear fender flares, and some other things I'm probably forgetting. Having said that, if you are going '05, you might as well go '06. I don't think you'll be dissappointed with any of them.
The 05 got some suspension upgrades over the 04. I'd recommend going with an 05 if you can't afford the 06. The better center diff in the 06 is worth the money though, as its mechanical instead of all electronic. Faster reaction.
