The topic of supercharging a neon has been beaten to death really on neons.org. There just isn't much space up front for a neon. Sure you can fab this and try to fab that but at what point does cost vs. hp become stupid. If it was such an easy task, I'm sure someone would be driving around in one or some company would of put out a kit already.
