i dont know if im buying this story. you completely destroyed first gear. maybe not from the clutch they put in but before. your slipping clutch was probably just buying that gear a little time. new clutch finished it off. my guess is you'll be buying a new set of gears.

ra's arent bad but they arent a whole lot stronger. in fact i have a ra tranny with 4.44 sitting here with a busted 2nd. good for i'd say the 300whp range on the wrx.

also were they serious when they said you went from 3rd to 1st? that would be very odd.
