I agree with epstein. Looking at that picture, it looks like an incomplete project. It gets style points, but im sure it has pretty low efficiency for both the radiator and intercooler. They need some kind of shroud to direct air into both of those. The radiator sitting at an angle like that is going to provide alot of restriction, not to mention the intercooler sitting almost completely against flow. I'm sure their brakes will stay cool though ;P
