Would you say the injectors are ruled out at this point?
Not if the pressure is fluctuating. Basically, if you can't keep pressure in the fuel rail, thats a supply issue. Either you're out of pump, or the lines are at their limit, something like that.
If you're injectors were maxed, pressure would be fine in the rail
