I dont know about your car knowledge and I'm not insulting you but, this may be a stupid comment... What fan is spinning??? If you have your A/C in the on position and your turn the key into the 1st or 2nd click, your considinser fan will turn on (for your a/c)!!! (If your car has been sitting for a while your radiator fan WILL NOT turn on unless you have it wired to do so...) Sitting at a light while NOT moving WILL cause the temp. to rise a bit but not that much!!! If I were you, I would try Liquid Ice (or something like that... Its in a metal container) Radiator Coolant. It only costs like $15.00... but lowers the temp in the car... I dont know if this will help??? Good luck
