BOV. It could be set too loosely, or sticking/slow. Try to adjust it to be tighter. The quick 10-second troubleshoot would be to unplug the vacuum line and cap it off.

Other outside chances are leak injector/seals and vacuum leak. If it idles smooth, it's most likely not the IACV, which is a common misdiagnosis.
