Notice how about half of those say "campaign" instead of recall? That means that no official recall was ordered for the Focus on those issues. A service bulletin was sent out to Ford service advisors and those issues were fixed on a need basis if a customer complained about a certain issue. Unlike the first wheel bearing recall where most Foci were affected, these "campaigns" only affected a small percentage and did not warrant a full recall.
